SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, high blood pressure or pregnancy.

REQUESTS
You can request to be with the same or a different therapist as on a previous visit. You may also request a male or female therapist.

BOOKING
To avoid any cancellation charges, please notify the Oasis Wellness Center and Spa no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Providing a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express number to reserve all appointments is required. Download your consultation and medical history forms here.

ARRIVAL
Please check in at your arrival time (your arrival time was provided to you when you booked your appointment).

AMENITIES
Most everything you need is here: shampoo, lotions, toiletries, and hair dryers. Complimentary tea, ginger tea and citrus water are available. Steam and sauna will need to be reserved at your time of booking. Watch the Oasis Experience here!

HAIR, MAKE UP AND JEWELLERY
Your hair will probably get messed up, wet, or both! We do provide shampoo and conditioner and hair dryers. It is best to leave your jewellery at home.

DRESSING AND DISROBING
Dress comfortably. We provide you with a lovely, sanitized robe and slippers to wear during your visit and a locker in which to store your belongings. During your treatment, your body will be professionally draped at all times. Undergarments are not necessary but if you would feel more comfortable in a bathing suit, please bring one.

TREAT YOURSELF!
If possible, leave yourself plenty of time after your spa visit. 

DON’T BE SHY
If you have questions, or preferences (eg. too much or too little pressure) please speak with a staff member right away to ensure your experience is extraordinary.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Remainders left on gift certificates can be used for home care products, or on your next visit.
Additional information can be found on the back of your gift certificate. Transferable and non-refundable.

GRATUITIES
To allow for contactless checkout  a 10% gratuity (based on the regular price of the service) will automatically be added to your bill at the end of your visit.

HOME CARE PRODUCTS
Our technicians and guest services staff are highly trained in home care products associated with your services and will make recommendations so that you may enjoy your spa experience at home.
