What is included with my spa booking?
All massage therapy and esthetic spa services include full access to our premium amenities. Guests can enjoy our steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation lounges as part of their spa day experience. A plush robe, sandals, and a private locker are provided for your comfort.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your spa appointment. This allows you to relax and enjoy
our hydrotherapy amenities, along with tea or infused water, before your treatment begins.
Are your massage therapists registered (RMTs), and are services eligible for insurance?
Yes, all of our registered massage therapists (RMTs) are certified with Alberta-approved associations. Your massage therapy services are eligible for insurance reimbursement. We offer direct billing with Blue Cross, Greenshield, and Sun Life. If you are with another provider, you may submit your receipt for reimbursement.
Can I book couples, group, corporate, or private spa experiences?
Absolutely. We specialize in couples spa packages, group spa bookings, and corporate wellness retreats in Calgary. Whether you're planning a relaxing day for two, a birthday or bachelorette spa party, or a team wellness experience, we accommodate groups of all sizes. Our group spa experiences include access to hydrotherapy, a complimentary 45-minute stay in a semi-private lounge, and full use of robes, sandals, and lockers.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
To cancel or reschedule your spa service appointment, please contact us at 403-216-2747 at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee per service.
Is there an age requirement to book spa services?
Our spa welcomes guests ages 5 and older. For massage therapy services for minors, children 11 and under must be booked in a couples room with a parent or guardian present. All guests under 18 require a signed consent form.
Is parking available?
While we do not validate parking, we are happy to extend your parking time during your spa visit. Street parking and nearby parkades are also available for your convenience.
How can I best prepare for my visit?
To make the most of your spa day experience, we recommend leaving jewelry at home and dressing comfortably. Treatments may leave your hair slightly oily or damp—shampoo and conditioner are provided. You will receive a robe, sandals, and a locker for your belongings. During all massage and spa treatments, your body will be professionally draped. Undergarments are optional, based on your comfort level.
Is gratuity included in my service?
Gratuity for your spa services is at your discretion. For contactless checkouts, a minimum gratuity of 10% will be automatically added. For group spa bookings of 10 or more guests, a 15% gratuity will be applied. Gratuities are based on regular service pricing.
